What you're hoping to get support with (individual or couples therapy)
How I work and which approaches might be most helpful for you
Practical details like session frequency, next steps, and availability
Any questions you have about the process
You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk. Come as you are.

Individual sessions: $150 (1 hour) | $225 (90 min) | $300 (2 hours)
Couples sessions: $175 (1 hour) | $260 (90 min) | $350 (2 hours)

Who I Cannot Work With at This Time
You deserve therapy that can fully hold and support your experience. At this time, I am not trained to work with:
Active substance abuse
Eating disorders in the last 2 years
Ongoing or active domestic violence

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK?
Once you schedule your consultation, you'll receive:
A confirmation email with the date and time of our call
A link to join the video call (or phone number if you prefer phone)
A brief questionnaire to help me understand what you're looking for
After our consultation, if we decide to work together, I'll send you intake paperwork and we'll schedule your first full session.
My priority is you recieve the best care availble to you. If we're not the right fit, I will offer referrals to other therapists who might be a better match.
