INDIVIDUAL
THERAPY

You're seeking a soul-led, purpose-driven life, and struggling with anxiety and trauma that seems to keep stunting your progress.

This is your space for exploration, learning, and growth. My approach is holistic, integrating somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, and Expressive Arts Therapy to help you make sense of your experiences and reconnect with yourself.

Live your life with more choice, creativity, and enjoyment.

Who Individual Therapy Is For

Individual therapy might be the right fit if you're:

Navigating anxiety: The overthinking, second-guessing, and constant bracing for what might go wrong that keeps you from feeling at ease in your own life.

Working through past experiences: The wounds you've been carrying that feel too heavy to hold alone-the way your body remembers what your mind tries to forget, and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck or unsafe.

Experiencing depression: Moving through life with the volume turned down, disconnected from joy, exhausted even when you've done nothing, and carrying a heaviness that's hard to explain.

Moving through life transitions: Career shifts, moves, breakups, becoming a parent-changes that leave you feeling unmoored, even when they're positive.

Exploring identity: Questions about your sexuality, gender, spiritual path, or who you're becoming as you shed old versions of yourself.

Feeling stuck in patterns: Creative blocks, relationship patterns, or ways of being that no longer serve you but feel impossible to shift.

my style includes…

building a healthy relationship to your body, emotions, spirit, and mind.

You’ll gain tools for understanding the messages underlying your emotions and how to regulate your nervous system so you can hold what’s hard with confidence. I’ll help you discover and cultivate your gifts and passions, and work with your thoughts so they're not running your life.

What We'll Work On Together

Therapy isn't about fixing you-it's about understanding the parts of you that have been working overtime. Together, we'll explore:

Understanding your patterns: Why you feel the way you do, and what your anxiety, depression, or self-protection strategies are trying to tell you.

Body awareness: Learning to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you-the tightness in your chest, the knot in your stomach, the way you brace before difficult conversations.

Nervous system regulation: Helping your body learn that it's safe to settle when you've been in survival mode for so long.

Reconnecting with yourself: Building a relationship with the parts of yourself that haven't had a voice, and creating space for them to finally be heard.

My Approach

I work holistically, which means we're not just addressing symptoms-we're exploring the whole picture of who you are and what you've been carrying.

I integrate multiple therapeutic approaches so we can work with what your system needs most.

Somatic Psychotherapy:

Listening to what your body holds-the stories your mind can't always put into words.

02

Brainspotting:

A focused, body-centered way to help your brain process experiences that feel stuck, particularly powerful for trauma and anxiety held in the body.

03

Internal Family Systems (IFS):

Understanding the different parts of you-the protector parts, the wounded parts, the wise parts-and helping them work together.

04

Gestalt Therapy:

Noticing what's happening right now in your body, emotions, and awareness to explore patterns in real-time

Expressive Arts Therapy:

Using creative expression—drawing, movement, writing, collage—to access what words sometimes can't reach

Nervous System Regulation:

Helping your body recalibrate and find its way back to calm

Somatic-Concentric Sex Therapy

Reconnecting with your body's wisdom around sexuality - expanding your capacity for pleasure, learning to trust your embodied yes's and no's, and coming home to a sexuality that feels authentically yours.

WHAT TO EXPECT

It's natural to feel nervous about starting therapy. Here's what happens:

First session:

We'll begin with a free 20-minute consultation where you can share what's bringing you in, ask questions, and get a feel for whether we're a good fit.

If we decide to
work together:

Our first full session is about understanding your story, what you're hoping for, and beginning to map out where we'll focus together.

You don't need to prepare anything or have it all figured out. We'll go at your pace.

Some people want to dive in. Others need time to warm up. Both are welcome here.
