HI, I’M HEATHER
I'm a therapist in Boulder, Colorado, and I work with people who are ready to move from understanding their patterns to actually shifting them - gently, at a pace that feels right for you.
Maybe you've done therapy before and it helped you make sense of things, but something still feels stuck. You're dealing with anxiety, trauma, or burnout that won't budge no matter how much you think it through.
My approach honors both your mind and your body - weaving together somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and nervous system work. Because healing isn't just about changing your thoughts. It's about helping your whole system feel safe enough to let go of what it's been carrying, and let in love and nourishment.

I believe healing happens when we slow down enough to listen - to the wisdom in your thoughts, the signals in your body, and the parts of you that have been asking to be heard.

Together, we'll help you learn to trust yourself again, releasing what's been weighing you down so you can move through the world feeling more present, more grounded, and more at home in yourself.

We'll explore what's happening beneath the surface - the nervous system responses, the protective patterns, the places where connection has broken down - and find gentle ways to help both of you feel safer showing up authentically.
