Hey there.
I’m Heather Hodge,
a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Boulder, Colorado.
I specialize in holistic, body-centered therapy for individuals and couples. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am trained in multiple therapeutic approaches including Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Brainspotting, Gestalt Therapy, Buddhist Psychology, Depth Psychology, Transpersonal Counseling, Expressive Arts for Couples, and Somatic Concentric Sex Therapy.
My work is grounded in the belief that you're not broken - your anxiety, your relationship patterns, the ways you protect yourself are all intelligent responses to what you've lived through. My role is to create a space safe enough that those protective parts can finally relax, and you can access the calm, wise, compassionate core of who you are.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity expression, and the deep desire for a more authentic life. I also work with couples who are stuck in painful patterns and want to rebuild trust, connection, and intimacy. I offer therapy both in-person at my Boulder office and virtually throughout Colorado.
When I'm not in session, you'll find me exploring the trails around Boulder, making art, or sitting with tea watching the mountains. I believe in the healing power of slowing down, being in nature, and creative expression - and I bring that same presence and reverence to my work with clients.
